You can request deletion of your JLPM Realty account information or removal of a Google or Facebook sign-in connection without signing in to the website. These instructions cover information held by JLPM Realty Corporation, including the staging site at jlpmrealty.com.
1. Send a deletion request
Email [email protected] with the subject JLPM data deletion request. Where possible, send it from the email address registered to your JLPM account.
Include:
- Your JLPM username or registered email address.
- Whether the request concerns the staging site, the live site, or both.
- Whether you want a social sign-in connection removed, your account and associated personal information deleted, or specific information removed.
- For a social connection, identify Google or Facebook and the associated email address if it differs from your JLPM email. Do not send passwords, OTPs, access tokens, identity documents or other sensitive details in your initial email.
If you cannot access the registered email, explain that in your request. We will use proportionate verification to protect your account and may arrange a secure way to confirm ownership. You do not need to post your request publicly or create another account.
2. Revoke Google or Facebook access
You may separately remove JLPM Realty Website from your Google Account’s third-party connections or Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings. This prevents the provider connection from continuing, but does not itself delete data already stored by JLPM.
Requesting removal of one connection does not automatically delete your JLPM account or other linked sign-in methods. If removing your only sign-in method, tell us so that account access can be handled safely.
3. What happens next
JLPM will review the request, verify ownership as needed, and confirm the scope and outcome by email. You can reply to the same email thread for a status update. If more time or information is needed, we will explain why and provide an expected completion timeframe. This is a manually reviewed request process, not an instant self-service deletion tool.
Depending on your request, the review may cover profile and contact details, social sign-in associations, saved preferences, inquiries and other personal information associated with your account. Removing a connection prevents it from being used for future JLPM sign-in; it does not authorize transferring that connection or another person’s records to a different account.
Records that may need to be retained
Some information may need to be retained for a justified transaction, legal, dispute-resolution or security purpose, including necessary approval and account-change history. We will explain any retained categories and the reason when responding. Other people’s information and shared transaction records are reviewed separately. Backup copies may remain until removed through the backup lifecycle.
Deleting a JLPM account does not delete your Google or Facebook account. Google and Meta handle information they retain under their own policies.
Optional Facebook Page connections — staging pilot
The separate JLPM Realty Page Publishing integration is different from Facebook sign-in through JLPM Realty Website. It is being prepared for a limited staging pilot; this connection release does not send Facebook posts.
To remove a local Page connection, sign in with the approved agent account that owns it, open Facebook Pages in the dashboard and select Disconnect Page. This removes the local Page access token and Facebook account identifier from the connection. The Page name/identifier and connection/disconnection timestamps may remain as limited connection and security history. It does not remove your separate Facebook sign-in connection or delete your JLPM account.
You may also remove JLPM Realty Page Publishing in Facebook’s app or business integration settings and use the provider’s data-deletion request, where available. When the separate publishing app receives a valid signed deauthorization or deletion request, it removes the matching local Page connection credentials. A deletion response includes a confirmation code and an opaque status link available for 30 days; the receipt does not display an account identifier or access token. Other account information is handled through the manual request process above.
For help or a broader removal request, email [email protected] and identify the Page name or public Page link and your JLPM username. Do not send your Facebook password, app secret, Page token or OTP. JLPM will verify ownership before acting. Removing this integration does not delete existing Facebook posts; manage them on Facebook. Encrypted backup copies may remain until removed through the backup lifecycle.
